  “Absolutely the rudest, most inconsiderate managers I have ever encountered and probably will ever encounter, David Johnson.
  
  I went to get a car wash there, as I have done every two weeks for months and months without a problem. The wash accepted my credit card, I watched the car in front of me go through their entire cycle without incident, then I pulled in and it suds-ed my car then stopped. I pulled out, went inside, told the very nice cashier, and she said she would try to reset it. Dave interrupted her and said the pump was off, it wasn't working- despite the undercarriage wash and foam working, and it working for the car before me.
  
  I tried again, same result. I now had two layers of foam. I went in again, talked to the cashier, who was still nice, and once again, he interrupted and blamed ME for buying a car wash- at the point of sale system at the entrance to the car wash. She game me another code for a different kind of wash, and I tried again. Same result. Three layers of foam, now.
  
  I pulled out and went inside. He was speaking to another employee and I interrupted. He once again BLAMED ME, offered no help or apology, and suggested I use a hose to rinse my car off. $8 so I can get foamed, insulted and have to rinse off with a hose.
  
  I asked who the owner was, and he became belligerent. He hid behind the counter and when I insisted he give me a contact number, her threw the business card at me and said, :have a nice day!. He also told me to never come back. I don't think Dave likes it when customers use a car whash that worked for the car before, accepted my credit card to pay for a wash then don't want to use a garden hose to rinse their car off. I told him to F off.
  
  When I called the owner at the number he gave me, it was HIS phone number. He told me my business DID NOT MATTER, I was insignificant, and the business would be there for years and years with out me. Given the location, he is right, but he should never be allowed to treat a customer like this- and the business should continue to thrive for years and years under new leadership. It doesn't need him, either.
  
  I urge everyone to go elsewhere. And never expect anything but blame and indifference from this sad, angry, horrible little man.”
